Skating Practice: Training for Success

"Every morning, I do my skating practice at the ice rink. I wear my skates with the right blades and put on my helmet and gloves for protection. My teacher calls me several times to correct my choreography and remind me about the importance of protections. I make sure to follow all the instructions carefully, as safety is a priority. After practice, I often take a break in the room where I drink water from the hose and stretch. We are also working on improving our racetrack time. My teacher is recording our times to keep track of our progress. Sometimes, I get tired, but I have patients and push through, as running is a big part of our training. After all, thanks to hard work, we achieve better results."
