Person A: Hi Jack! How was is weekend?
Person B: Hey Emma! It is good, thanks. How about yours?
Person A: Great, thanks! By the way, whose dog is that in your yard?
Person B: Oh, that's my neighbor's dog. They asks me to watch him while they're away every day.
Person A: Cool! Which breed is he?
Person B: He's a Labrador Retriever. Very friendly and energetic.
Person A: That's wonderful. Why do they like a Labrador?
Person B: They like a Labrador because they're good with kids and have a playful temperament.
Person A: Makes sense! How often do you walk him?
Person B: I take him out twice a day, in the morning and evening.
Person A: That sounds like a good routine. Why do you enjoy having him around?
Person B: Having a dog around is comforting, and he keeps me active too.
Person A: That's great to hear. How do you manage when they come back?
Person B: When they return I just hand in the dog to them.
Person A: Awesome! Well, I should let you get back to your day. Thanks for the chat!
