ADJETIVOS POSESIVOS. PREGUNTAS CON "WHO" Y "WHAT".

ADJETIVOS POSESIVOS

Los adjetivos posesivos son palabras que denotan que alguien o algo "pertenece", de cierta manera, a alguien o algo.

Los adjetivos posesivos en español son: Mi, mis, tu, tus, su, sus.

En inglés, estos adjetivos están relacionados con los pronombres personales sujeto de la siguiente manera:

Ejemplos:

     Ella es mi novia.

b) You and your brother are tall.
     Tú y tu hermano son altos.

c) Carlos and his dog are good friends.
    Carlos y su perro son buenos amigos.

PREGUNTAS CON WHO

Who lo podemos usar con el verbo be en cualquiera de las formas como veremos en los siguientes ejemplos:

a) Who are you?
    ¿Quién eres tú?

b) Who is that person?
    ¿Quién es esa persona?

c) Who am I?
    ¿Quién soy yo?

d) Who is with you?
    ¿Quién está contigo?

Podemos contraer Who + is como Who's.

Podemos responder:

B: I'm your teacher.

B: That is my brother.

A: Who am I?
B: You're my dad.

PREGUNTAS CON WHAT

Podemos preguntar con las tres formas del verbo to be am/is/are:

b) What are you?
    ¿Qué eres tú?

c) What is your favorite food?
    ¿Cuál es tu comida favorita?
